This is traditional washed processed micro-lot from Apaneca, a municipality in the Ahuachapán department of El Salvador. Francisco De Sola owns and operates this 100 hectare farm. He has 60,000 trees planted on 14 hectares.

Finca Plan del Hoyo
Plan del Hoyo is a land of approximately 90 hectares, ancient crater of the volcano of Santa Ana, ideally located on the north side of the masif, which over time became forests, diverse crops suitable for altitudes of 1850 meters above sea level, relatively protected from the winds. Plan del Hoyo rest with a healthy environment, protected and endowed with exceptional natural beauty, where coffee is worked with the care that is demanded, an example for the national coffee industry and a contribution to the sustainability of our environment.

Naturally occurring cross of Pacamara and a Catimor-type coffee discovered in the Chiqimula department in Guatemala (1980); released by ANACAFÉ (2014).
